Dear BMS Bobcat Families,

After a few weeks of being back on campus, I want you to know that I am incredibly proud of how everyone has taken on the start of this new school year. Students are settling in with their schedule after summer break by engaging with teachers and turning in assignments. Parents are supporting their students and reaching out to our staff when assistance is needed. Teachers and staff continue their highly effective support by providing creative and interactive learning opportunities for each student.

Please continue to work with your student(s) to establish a schedule and routine that will help achieve academic success. A consistent plan will help your student develop positive habits for completing their daily academic responsibilities and enable them to succeed in their classes. This foundation will also help their teachers support efforts towards academic achievement. As this school year begins, it will be important for students to establish clear goals. Having goals will help our Bobcats strive to be their very best and overcome any obstacles that they may encounter throughout the school year. Please take a moment to talk with your student about what he/she wants to accomplish this year, and the steps that are needed to succeed in reaching their goals.

I believe we will have a successful school year as we continue our positive partnership between our staff and our Bobcat families. Let’s strive to Leave a Legacy!
